Aymeric Hermant has a diverse range of work experience in the field of web and software development. Aymeric started their career in 2001 at Atoo as a web developer, where they focused on HTML, PHP, and PostgreSQL development. In 2002, they joined Quicksoft Ingénierie as a webmaster, responsible for Coldfusion development and web design.

From 2004 to 2008, Aymeric worked at Sokovision as a web developer, where they handled technical specifications, PHP development, and customer relationships. Aymeric then moved on to Anuman Interactive in 2005 as a project manager, where they were in charge of MOE, specifications, documentation, and the realization of various projects.

In 2006, Aymeric joined Atomiz as a video and web project manager, working on projects such as Orange AVMS and Orange HSDPA, involving PHP development, system administration, and customer relations.

From 2008 to 2019, Aymeric worked at AXA Assistance, initially as a web developer, responsible for PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development. Aymeric later took on the role of senior project manager/program manager, overseeing tasks, resources, risks, milestones, and budget on several projects, such as the core platform of the Ecommerce Program and the Italy B2C website.

Aymeric then joined Ubisoft Montréal in 2019 as a full-stack developer, handling various responsibilities related to development and coordination of business and IT teams. Aymeric worked there until 2020 before joining Bell as a full-stack developer, where they continued to develop their skills in the field.

Currently, Aymeric is working at Novisto as a full-stack developer, with a recent promotion to the role of technical lead in May 2023.

Throughout their career, Aymeric has gained experience in web and software development, project management, technical specifications, and customer relations. Aymeric has worked with various technologies and platforms, including PHP, SQL, JavaScript, Liferay, Salesforce, and more.

Aymeric Hermant completed their DUT in Services & communication networks at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Audiovisual & Multimedia at the same university from 2002 to 2005.
