Subroto M. Roy has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Subroto M. worked at Novire Technologies Pvt. Ltd and Autoplant System India Pvt. Ltd. in the Account & Finance Department. Their roles included managing the department and handling accounts up to finalization.

Prior to that, Subroto worked as a Senior Account Executive at Oriental Foundry Pvt Ltd, where they had basic accounting and computer knowledge.

Subroto M. also served as an Accountant at Hari om enterpries from February 2010 to March 2012.

Subroto M. Roy's education history starts with their completion of an SSC (Secondary School Certificate) degree at S.P.P New Era High School in the year 2006. Afterwards, they attended Ideal College of Commerce And Science from 2007 to 2008 and obtained their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a focus on Business/Commerce. Later, in 2007, they attended Ecat Institute and earned an MSCIT & D.O.A (Master's Certificate in Information Technology and Diploma in Office Automation) degree, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.

From 2009 to 2011, Subroto enrolled at Saket College and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, gaining knowledge in Business/Commerce. Continuing their education, between 2009 and 2013, they attended NIIT and obtained a GNIIT (GNIIT) degree, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.

In 2012, they joined the University of Mumbai and completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, focusing on Computer Software Engineering from 2012 to 2015. Most recently, in 2022 to 2023, Subroto pursued an Executive MBA at IIBM Institute of Business Management to specialize in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
