Tim Olimer has had a diverse range of work experience in the sales and marketing field. Tim started their career in 1985 as the VP of Sales and Marketing at TKM/IBM, where they worked until 1995. From there, they worked as a Sales Executive at Microsoft partner from 2002 to 2003, and then as a Sales Executive at SAP Business Partner from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at RSVP Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Since 2011, Tim has been working as a Senior Account Executive at Novipro Inc., where they are responsible for the sales of ERP applications and services for the SMB marketplace.

Tim Olimer attended Park Street Collegiate, although the start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo in 1973, where they studied mathematics for one year. From 1974 to 1977, Tim pursued a degree in Economics at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
