David Short is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer strategy, analytics, and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for Rugby Victoria since September 2024 and the Chief Experience Officer at Novigi Pty Ltd since October 2021, David has a strong commitment to supporting grassroots rugby and enhancing customer experiences. Previously, David held significant roles such as Former President of Power House Rugby Union Football Club, Chair of the ASFA Innovation Discussion Group, and Principal Director at Accenture. David's career spans various esteemed organizations, including Westpac Group, AustralianSuper, EY, and BT, where responsibilities included leading analytics teams, driving customer advocacy, and implementing transformational programs. David holds a BSc in Applied Psychology from the University of Stirling.
