Matt Campbell-Carr has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Matt began their career as a Programmer at Rebus Insurance Systems, where they gained experience in Oracle development and contributed to the creation of a broking software solution called "Brokasure Enterprise." Matt then joined Xchanging as a Technical Analyst, working closely with business analysts and leading the development team to deliver customer change requests and enhancements. Matt later transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst, where they played a crucial role in the development of "Brokasure Enterprise" into "Brokasure 64," a web-based insurance broking software. Matt also worked at Xuber as a Senior Business Architect, leading the implementation project for Marsh and contributing to the design and building of system enhancements and interfaces. Matt continued their career at CSC as a Senior Business Architect, working on the Aon implementation project and being involved in all stages of the project lifecycle. Most recently, Matt worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Business Architect and Agile Product Owner, responsible for creating user stories, defining requirements, and prioritizing the backlog for the "Global Digital Broking Platform" project. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with customers, SMEs, and development teams to deliver successful projects in the insurance industry.
Matt Campbell-Carr began their education in 1988 at St Thomas More High School for Boys, where they completed their GCSE's. Matt then attended Southend High School for Boys from 1993 to 1995, where they studied A-Levels. Following their time at SouthendHigh School for Boys, Matt began their Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Earth Science, General at the University of Portsmouth. Matt completed their degree at the University of Portsmouth in 1997.
