Pete Salmi is a seasoned professional with experience in various roles. Pete began their career in 2002 as the VP of Product Development at Starkey Hearing Technologies. In 2017, they moved to Clearity, LLC as the CTO. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Novidan, Inc. and also started working as a consultant.

Pete Salmi attended the University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Acoustics Engineering.
