Marcelle Herescu is an experienced software development engineer currently working at Dotz since February 2023, focusing on software development using Python and Ruby on Rails as part of a servicing squad in the credit tribe. Prior to this role, Marcelle was a software engineer at NoVerde, contributing to backend development with expertise in various technologies. Previous experience includes project management and production roles at thyssenkrupp, where leadership and continuous improvement methodologies were emphasized. Marcelle holds a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Escola Politécnica da USP, where also a degree in Materials Engineering was obtained, alongside a BEng in Materials Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University. Marcelle's extensive education includes research internships and leadership training in the engineering field.
