Veronique Verhees is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Lector in HRM at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool since September 2024. Prior to this, Veronique held various roles at November Five, including People Business Partner, HR Manager, and Talent Performance & Growth Manager, contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Veronique's experience also includes shaping HR policies at Fiege Northwest Europe and serving as an HR Officer at Tabaknatie NV, where responsibilities encompassed staffing, performance management, and employee development. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Degree in Cognitive Behavioral Counseling from Thomas More University and a Master's in Business Psychology and Personnel Management from Ghent University, along with additional coaching qualifications and training.
