Rony Abou Rjeily is an experienced manager in systems development with a strong background in implementing and enhancing major systems such as Workday Financials and Workday HCM. Currently managing teams at both Intelgica and Novelus, Rony oversees solution implementation lifecycles from pre-sales to post-implementation, leads business analysis, and collaborates with stakeholders to define functional requirements. Rony has also held roles as a team lead and systems development engineer, focusing on integration, support, and ongoing system maintenance. Previous experience includes positions as a DevOps and Quality Assurance Engineer at Cetera Technology and Limelines, and a Salesforce Developer at Wicom. Rony holds a degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and a Lebanese Bachelor in General Sciences from College Mont La Salle.
