Hiren Shah has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Lead Analyst Specialist and Sr. Business Analyst at Yuvo and Novelus since September 2015. Previously, Hiren held various roles at Wicom from January 2009 to August 2015 and at Alcatel-Lucent India from April 2005 to December 2008, where responsibilities included technical support, administration of tool chain products, and maintaining service level agreements with customers. Early career roles included positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, Bharti Cellular Ltd (Airtel), and Arya Communications & Electronics Services Pvt. Ltd, focusing on network monitoring, fault diagnosis, and installation and commissioning of GSM equipment. Hiren Shah completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai and holds a Diploma in Industrial Electronics.
