Ahmad Abou Melhem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Novelus and Yuvo since March 2021. Ahmad's career includes significant roles at the American University of Beirut as a Business Intelligence Analyst, and at Wicom as a Business Intelligence Developer, where contributions involved developing backend and frontend solutions for business intelligence projects. Ahmad has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Computer and Communications Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Communications Engineering from Lebanese International University.
