Rocco Hieb is an experienced IT professional with a focus on network management and infrastructure. Currently serving as the IT Network Lead at Novelis since September 2020, Rocco previously worked as an independent network consultant at Aleris from March 2014 to September 2020. Prior experiences include positions as Senior Network Specialist at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included migrating Nokia's network devices and implementing an MPLS network, and at Nokia, where Rocco managed the global MPLS network backbone and designed new Internet peering points. Rocco's career began as a Network Engineer at Rapp Collins, where planning and implementing corporate voice and data networks were key responsibilities. Rocco holds a degree from DeVry University.
