Marilyn Stanley began their career in 1989 as a Systems Engineer, SEPG Leader, and Software Engineer at Raytheon. In 2002, they joined GE Transportation as System Test Manager, where they were responsible for directing system test engineering functions and key initiatives such as global resourcing, software product quality improvement, and cost reduction through test automation and workforce productivity. Marilyn then became Project Manager of Train Performance and Software Director of Global Services and Solutions. In their role as Quality Manager, they led process definition and improvement activities for GE Transportation's Rail Solutions business. In 2017, they joined Novel Engineering as V.P. of Engineering.
Marilyn Stanley attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
