Victoria Rossi Lada is an experienced health program manager currently serving as Director at Novavax since July 2020, focusing on covid-19 vaccine development. Prior roles include Senior Program Delivery Manager at US Pharmacopeia, where contributions included developing the Global Public Health Program Management Manual and establishing a community of practice for program managers in Asia and Africa. Victoria also held senior positions at JSI | John Snow, Inc., providing program management support for significant global health initiatives and collaborating with ministries of health.
