Aitam Tran is currently the Director of Global Internal Audit at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing operational audits with a focus on Third Party Risk Management, Compliance & Ethics, and IT since January 2021. Previously, Aitam held the position of Associate Director and Chief of Staff to the Head of Performance Analytics at Johnson & Johnson from March 1995 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading a global program to enhance Health Care Compliance and Privacy through technology solutions. Aitam also served as a Program Manager, facilitating project management and relationship management for various organizations within Johnson & Johnson. Aitam's early career includes experience as an Information Technology Internal Auditor. Aitam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with education from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
