Carolyn Kostelny is an accomplished legal and regulatory expert with extensive experience in high-level positions. Currently serving as the Chief Regulatory and Legal Officer at Novatus Global, Carolyn has also held roles such as Managing Partner, COO, and Regulatory Expert at Quorsus. Carolyn's previous experience includes significant regulatory leadership positions at Intercontinental Exchange, including Head of Regulation and Compliance for ICE Clear Europe, COO for ICE Trade Vault Europe, and Regulatory Counsel for ICE Benchmark Administration. Carolyn's career began with legislative and regulatory consulting at Eurex and included a legal extern position at Husch Blackwell. Carolyn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
