Lassad Chaouachi is a dynamic Global Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecom sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as the President and Founder of NOVATEL IT Group and CEO of Novatel IT since January 2013, Lassad has demonstrated expertise in strategic management and business transformation. Prior to this role, Lassad worked as a Senior Advisor for an International Consultant from October 2011 to December 2012, supporting various industries including telecom, IT, and finance. From June 1999 to July 2011, Lassad served as Executive Director for Nokia in the MEA region, successfully managing projects worth €100 million and leading a team of over 300 professionals. Earlier experience includes project management at Thales, where key strategic projects for major clients like ARAMCO and SABIC were delivered. Lassad earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Radio Analog Research & Engineering from Polytech Paris.
