Ezequiel Rubin has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Novatech Solutions S.A. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ezequiel held the position of HR Director at Next Latinoamerica S.A. from August 2011 to March 2021, and HR Manager at Banghó from 2005 to July 2011. Ezequiel started in the HR field as an HR Generalist at EULEN from 2001 to 2005, and earlier as part of the HR Teams focusing on Formación Básica and Capital Intelectual at Siemens from 1999 to 2001. Ezequiel earned a degree in Relaciones Laborales, Human Resources from Universidad Kennedy from 1996 to 2004.
