Martine Legault is an experienced business leader currently serving as the NCA Search Fund Managing Director for Lyra Capital, a role that involves acquiring SMEs addressing succession challenges in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution sectors. Previously, Martine was the Managing Director at Kick Adaptive Technologies, where strategic business goals were established for a health and wellness startup. As President and CEO of Distam Inc., Martine led significant sales growth, improved profit margins, and executed a successful turnaround strategy, culminating in the company’s sale at a competitive multiple. Earlier career roles included Process Engineer positions at BPR-Bechtel and CoSyn Technology, focusing on petrochemicals and oil sands projects. Martine holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a B. Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
