Conrad Wiggins has extensive experience in the solar energy sector, currently serving in Operations and Maintenance at NovaSource Power Services since April 2021, managing utility-scale solar assets, including inverters, high voltage transformers, and substations. Previously, Conrad held the position of Construction Manager at First Solar from April 2010 to January 2022, overseeing solar projects in western Ontario, managing installations of high voltage cabling and substation commissioning. Earlier roles include Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent at Aker Kvaener from 2000 to 2010, responsible for coordinating the installation of transformers and control wiring, and Electrical Supervisor at Triple Crown Enterprises Ltd. from 1998 to 2007, where Conrad supervised significant electrical installations. Conrad holds multiple degrees from Mohawk College, including Electrical Engineering Technician-Power, Industrial Electronic Control, and Electrical Construction and Maintenance.
