Doug Madsen started their career at Novarad in 2003 as an Apps employee before moving on to IASIS Healthcare in 2006, where they served as the Director of Radiology until 2012. In 2012, they returned to Novarad as the Director of Global Clinical Sales and continues in that role.

Doug Madsen attended Taylorsville High School from 1993 to 1995. Doug then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from Weber State University, graduating in 2005.
