Jelmer Pijlman is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in growth strategy and policy development. As co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Novar since 2014, Jelmer Pijlman has played a key role in advancing renewable energy production. Prior to this, Jelmer Pijlman served as a Partner at E&E advies from 2009 to 2019, advising organizations on energy policy and managing various projects. Earlier roles include working as a Beleidsonderzoeker at Noordelijke Rekenkamer and as a Beleidsadviseur at Provincie Drenthe and Provincie Overijssel. Jelmer Pijlman holds a degree in Human Movement Science from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, as well as additional educational experience from the Open Universiteit and University of Antwerp.
