Currently serving as Manager of Learning Systems & Technology at Novant Health, Dr. Rodgers has demonstrated expertise in developing enterprise technology-enabled learning strategies and enhancing training content accessibility. Previous roles include Senior Learning Technology Consultant at Lowe's, where innovative eLearning authoring platforms were implemented, and CEO/Owner of I-ABLE Consulting, focusing on human performance improvement and coaching services.
