Ignacio Gil is an experienced commercial manager with a strong background in sales, brand development, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Europe Commercial Manager for Novamex since November 2019, Ignacio oversees sales, distribution, and brand development within European markets. Prior roles include managing a family business with a $2.8M budget at FISTERRA LLC, serving as Commercial Director at Top Media Group/JC Decaux in Panama, and owning a photo booth business focused on private and corporate events. Ignacio’s marketing expertise was further honed at SAB Miller Panama, Sears Roebuck de México, and various positions at Philip Morris, where responsibilities ranged from event sponsorship negotiations to brand management across several countries. Ignacio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
