Gael Marotte has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gael is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Groupe Novair since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a consultant at GM Consulting, helping clients implement strategic solutions for their businesses. From June 2013 to January 2022, Gael served as the Chief Operating Officer at Groupe Sebbin. Gael was responsible for various aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, purchasing, and quality control.

Before joining Groupe Sebbin, Gael held positions at Honeywell Safety Products and Sperian Protection (formerly Bacou-Dalloz). At Honeywell, they served as the Multi Site Leader for the Safety Footwear EMEAI division, overseeing four manufacturing sites and one distribution center. Gael was also involved in developing the ISC strategy and supporting business development for three brands.

During their tenure at Sperian Protection, Gael held multiple roles. As the Operation Director for Safety Footwear EMEAI, they were responsible for supply chain management, purchasing, and quality control across three manufacturing plants. Gael also served as the Supply Chain Manager for PPE products and worked as an Operation Manager for Safety Footwear EMEAI.

Gael's career began at Dalloz Safety, where they worked as an ERP Project Manager from June 2000 to December 2001.

Throughout their career, Gael has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, supply chain management, purchasing, and strategic problem-solving.

Gael Marotte began their education in 1995 at Le Mans Université, where they pursued a degree in DUT Génie Mécanique with a focus on Productique/Mecanique (Mechanical/Production) until 1997. Gael then attended ESIX Normandie from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Engineer School EIC (Now ESIX) with a specialization in Nuclear & Production controlled. Following this, Gael Marotte enrolled at IAE Caen in 1999 and completed a Master's degree in Business Management, with a field of study in CAAE (Computer-Assisted Association Testing) in 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Gael Marotte has earned several certifications. In 2013, they obtained a Lean EXPERT certification from Honeywell Safety. Gael also achieved a Green Belt HON certification from Honeywell Safety in 2012. Gael Marotte participated in the Achieving Managerial Excellence Programme at CEDEP - Executive Development - Fontainebleau in 2011 and completed a Mastering International Negotiation program at the same institution in 2010.
