Elliot Smith is a Senior Silicone Chemist at Novagard since July 2022, previously serving as a Silicone Chemist at DuPont Specialty Products from January 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Chemist and Research Associate at Chevron between February 2018 and December 2020, and a Staff Scientist in Process Chemistry at AllAccem, Inc. from July to December 2017. Elliot started as an Associate Scientist at iSense, LLC from October 2015 to June 2017, following a tenure as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Cruz from August 2009 to June 2015. Earlier experience includes an internship at Dow AgroSciences in the summer of 2012. Elliot Smith holds a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Indiana University Indianapolis.
