Jessica Mello's work experience begins in 2013 as an intern for the Guararema city government. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Depósito 3 Mosqueteiros, where they managed conflicts within the sales team, conducted training for new employees, and handled timekeeping and overtime. In 2017, they joined the Guararema Parque Hotel as a Human Resources Auxiliary, and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Assistant from 2018 to 2020, where they supported recruitment efforts and maintained relationships with stakeholders. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst at the same company, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and utilizing various resources to attract talent. Currently, since 2022, Jessica is employed at NovaDAX as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for conducting selection processes, onboarding new employees, promoting the employer brand, and implementing engagement tools.

Jessica Mello completed their Bachelor of Administration degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes from 2011 to 2014. Jessica later pursued a post-graduate degree in Organizational Psychology and People Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2022 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica obtained several certifications in various fields. In August 2022, they achieved the "Tech Recruiter de Resultados" certification from Payslip Consultoria de Recursos Humanos. Jessica obtained the "Introdução ao Blockchain" certification from Blockchain Academy in May 2022.

In February 2022, Jessica obtained the "RH Ágil" certification from Udemy. Prior to that, in January 2022, they completed the "Curso Profissão Business Partner de Recursos Humanos" certification from EBX. Jessica also obtained certifications in People Analytics and Behavioral Recruitment and Selection from Sólides Tecnologia in January 2022.

Additionally, Jessica completed the "Curso Departamento Pessoal e eSocial na prática" certification from Viver de Contabilidade in October 2020.
