Wendy Colby has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Wendy started as a Manufacturing Engineer at Axcelis Technologies in 2001 before moving on to roles at TEL Epion, Ferraz Shawmut, and Veeco Instruments. Colby then returned to Axcelis Technologies, where they held positions as an Electrical Systems Engineer, Sr. Product Manager, and Director of Engineering. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Engineering at NOVA VENTURES GROUP CORP.

Wendy Colby completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University from 2001 to 2005. Wendy continued their education by earning a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2011. Wendy also completed an Executive Leadership Program at Bentley University and an Associate of Science in Engineering Science at North Shore Community College.
