Janice Januszewski has extensive experience in management and training within the employability sector. Currently serving as Centre Manager and Employability Programme Manager at Nova Training since May 2013, Janice has previously held positions as Regional Manager at Intraining from January 2010 to April 2013, Centre Manager at TBG between January 2009 and January 2010, and Development Trainer at Pertemps People Development Group from 2003 to 2008. Janice's educational background includes attendance at Saltley Grammar School in Birmingham.
