Marcin Hajdul has a diverse work experience in the fields of logistics and technology. Marcin is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Nova Tracking Sp. z.o.o., where they help shippers, forwarders, and carriers optimize their processes through the NovaTMS platform. Their role involves digitalizing cooperation within the supply chain and supporting various aspects such as CRM processes, planning, execution, track&trace, settlement, and data analysis.

In addition, Marcin has also worked as a Lecturer Phd at Wyższa Szkoła Logistyki w Poznaniu since 2017, where they impart knowledge and expertise in logistics. Marcin is also the Owner of Innologis Marcin Hajdul, a company they started in 2017.

Marcin has previous experience at Instytut Logistyki i Magazynowania, where they served as a Lecturer, Deputy Director, and Head of Logistics Expertise Department. This role allowed him to develop their teaching skills and expertise in logistics during the period from 2012 to 2016.

Marcin Hajdul received their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Road Transport from Poznan University of Technology from 1999 to 2004. Marcin then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Management Engineering at the same university from 2008 to 2011.
