Derrick Ball possesses extensive experience in aviation training and management, currently serving as the C130J FTU Manager at Nova Technologies since April 2020. Prior to this role, Derrick held the position of Site Manager at CymSTAR, LLC from November 2014 to April 2020, and spent over a decade at CAE as a Senior Training Solutions Expert and FTU Manager. Derrick's career in the United States Marine Corps began in February 1995, where responsibilities included serving as a KC-130 J/F/R/T Loadmaster until August 2003.
