Colleen McNab, GCDF, has extensive experience in workforce development and management, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Nova-Tech Engineering since January 2019. Colleen began professional contributions at Central Minnesota Jobs and Training as a Dislocated Worker Employment Specialist from 2001 to 2004, where responsibilities included connecting participants with resources and managing employment plans.
