Marcia Fair-DeSantis RN MPH currently serves as the Senior Director of Public Health at Nova Scotia Health Authority, a position held since November 2013, after having progressed through roles such as Public Health Director and Manager. Additionally, Marcia has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Dalhousie University since November 2014. Prior experience includes serving as the ID Nurse Manager at Hamilton PHS from March 2000 to August 2013 and working as a Registered Nurse at St. Pete's Residence for a brief period in 2012-2013. Marcia holds a Master of Public Health from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University, further enhanced by a BSCN degree in Registered Nursing from The University of Western Ontario.
