Edmon Katana is an HR/Talent Coordinator at Nova Pioneer since April 2022, specializing in HR administration and maintaining employee records in the Bamboo HR System. Previous experience includes serving as a Desk Officer for the County Human Resource Directorate at the County Government of Kilifi from May 2019 to March 2022, managing staff medical cover and ensuring comprehensive onboarding. Edmon's earlier roles include HR Intern and HR Atachee, where responsibilities involved processing employee inquiries, managing leave administration, and assisting in staff welfare programs. Edmon is currently pursuing a CHRP credential from the College Of Human Resource Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Maasai Mara University.
