Glenn Pick CPA, CMA has extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, currently serving as the President & CEO of Nova Mutual Insurance Company since August 2016, where innovative insurance products are offered to member owners through a network of Brokers and Agents. Previously, Glenn held various senior financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer at both Nova Mutual and Norfolk Mutual Insurance Company, and served as Interim President & CEO at Norfolk Mutual. Other notable positions include Assistant Vice President roles at Manulife Financial, focusing on planning, analysis, and financial reporting across multiple business units. Glenn’s career began at KPMG as a Staff Accountant, and since then has included financial oversight responsibilities for large assets and revenue, regulatory reporting, and strategic leadership development across several companies. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics & Business from Concordia University and a CMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.
