With experience in overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and collaborating on financial projections, Jon has worked with renowned hospitality companies such as Nova Hospitality, Zakarian Hospitality, Scarpetta NYC, The Lambs Club, and August Restaurant. Their education includes Classic French Culinary Training from The French Culinary Institute and a degree from Ohio University.
