Yana Shofa is a seasoned Project Manager currently employed at Nova Global since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Information Technology Project Manager and IT Project Manager at Allo from July 2022 to July 2024 and August 2020 to February 2022, respectively. Yana also served as Project and Program Manager at БаДМ from October 2018 to July 2020 and worked as an SME Sales Expert at lifecell Ukraine from April 2017 to September 2019. Early in the career, Yana held the position of Lead Specialist in the Regional Sales Department at Нова Пошта from July 2015 to April 2017. Yana holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Днепропетровский Национальный Университет им.О.Гончара (2011-2017) and completed a program at Hillel IT School in 2020.
