Olena Tverdovska has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. From 2016 to present, they have served as the VP of Customer Service at Nova Global, where they have implemented policies and procedures, established and maintained customer relations, and overseen online and hotline support. Olena has also collaborated with customer services in various countries and implemented CRM systems. Olena has recruited and trained staff, conducted customer surveys, and managed budgeting and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Olena worked as a Customer Service Team Manager at TNT Express International from 2012 to 2016. From 2010 to 2012, they were an Operations Manager at Meest Ukraine, and from 2004 to 2010, they served as a Logistic Manager at the same company.
Olena Tverdovska obtained a Specialist Diploma in Economics from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding between 2009 and 2011. Olena also attended the same university from 2008 to 2011, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study during that time.
