Mandi Tapp has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mandi began their career in 1998 at Bauer Media Group in the UK as a Sponsorship & Promotions Manager. Mandi then moved to Australia and worked as a Client Executive at 4BH 882 in 2002. Mandi joined Hot 91 - Sunshine Coast in 2003, starting as a Client Executive and eventually becoming the General Sales Manager, leading a team and achieving budgets and goals. In 2009, they joined Seven Affiliate Sales as an Agency Sales Executive, managing key agencies and clients. Mandi joined NOVA Entertainment in 2010 as a Business Development Manager, and during their tenure, they held various roles including Direct Client Manager and Sales Director, undertaking a 12-month maternity leave contract as the Sales Director for Nova Brisbane. Mandi was recognized for their outstanding leadership and new business initiatives. Throughout their career, Mandi has contributed to team success, implemented new software, and built strong client relationships.

From 1989 to 1991, Mandi Tapp attended Runshaw College, where they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance with a field of study in Sales & Marketing.
