Sergio Gomez, EI, is a Project Engineer at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC since March 2023, and serves as Vice President at ASHE Tampa Bay since May 2023. Previously, Sergio held the position of Geotechnical Staff Engineer at MC Squared, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included directing technical teams, managing geotechnical exploration, conducting analyses, and supervising field operations. Sergio has also worked as Laboratory Manager and Research Associate at Louisiana Tech University, contributing to significant projects on geopolymer concrete, and was involved in research during a Master's program in Civil Engineering. Earlier internship experience includes work at Universidad Aut贸noma de Guadalajara in soil and material laboratory analysis. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Aut贸noma de Guadalajara.
