Brian Snell, PE, SI, is an accomplished structural engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Structural Engineer and Special Inspector at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC since April 2016, Brian manages Threshold/Special Inspections for various projects in Florida, ensuring the qualifications of TI Authorized Representatives. Prior to this role, Brian was the President of Snell Engineering Consultants from September 1993 to April 2016, providing structural engineering design and consulting services. Earlier career positions include Project Engineer at Stephenson Stirling & Associates and Vice President at William A. Snell, P.E., Chartered. Brian holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil (Structural) Engineering from the University of Florida.
