Ann Scruggs is an experienced business development associate at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC since January 2007. Prior to this role, Ann worked as a marketing coordinator at Gulf Coast Medical Center, where responsibilities included coordinating community events, managing event tracking, and overseeing marketing supplies. Ann also served as the workforce manager for the Madison County WIN Job Center, focusing on service delivery and public relations for the center. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi.
