Kim Hickinbotham has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as an Assistant Head at Nova Education Trust since September 2006. In this role, Kim leads initiatives in inclusion and diversity, serves as SENCO, and oversees PSHE and personal development, alternative provision, and senior mental health efforts, in addition to acting as Deputy DSL and teaching physical education. Kim's educational background includes a PGCE in Secondary Education from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Lincoln University. Further qualifications encompass a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership from Ambition Institute, a National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator from the University of Birmingham, and a Master of Education in Education Leadership from the University of Nottingham.
