Susan Maron is currently the Chief of Staff at Nova Advisory since April 2023. Before that, Susan held the position of Director of Program Management at Nova CPM starting from January 2020. Prior to their roles at Nova companies, Susan worked at Cigna Health Care & Group Life from 2013 to 2020, where Susan held various positions including Team Lead for National Accounts Private Exchanges. Susan also has experience as an Assistant Director at Mill Creek Academy and as a Land Planner at SeamonWhiteside. Susan attended the University of Georgia for their education.
