Andy Smetana is the Chief Revenue Officer at Nova Advisory since January 2022. Prior to this role, Andy served as the Managing Director at PMCS Services since October 2017. With extensive experience in program and project management, Andy has held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as Texas Attorney General, LCRA, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and Accenture. Andy is known for leading large-scale IT transformation programs and ERP implementations, particularly in the public sector. Andy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College and completion of the Executive Readiness Training Program at The University of Texas at Austin in 2022.
