Katrina Godwin, QKA, QPA, has a robust background in client services and retirement plan management. Currently serving as Client Services Director at Nova 401(k) Associates since February 2015, Katrina has progressed through various roles including Team Leader and Account Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate in Retirement Plan Services at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from December 2011 to January 2015, and as a Member Service Representative at Navy Federal Credit Union from July 2007 to December 2011. Katrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from Old Dominion University, awarded in 2010.
