Lloyd Rodrigues has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Lloyd started their career in 2001 as a Drilling Waste Management Field Engineer at Brandt, where they gained experience in installing and operating solids control equipment. Lloyd then worked as a Senior Drilling Waste Management Field Engineer at M-I SWACO from 2003 to 2005. At MI-Swaco Trinidad Tabago, they served as a Project Engineer for Drilling Waste Management from 2011 to 2013, focusing on planning and executing technical support for solids control equipment. Lloyd then joined National Oilwell Varco as a Senior Operations Supervisor Solids Control from 2013 to 2015, where they developed customer relationships and handled budgeting and safety training. From 2016 to 2020, Lloyd worked at Halliburton as a Supervisor, responsible for day-to-day operations and various duties related to solids control and equipment. Currently, they are working at NOV as a Lead Engineer, starting in 2021.
