Sharad Arora currently serves as Controller of Global Finance Operations at Nouryon, beginning in April 2024, with responsibilities including process improvements, managing a large team, and overseeing global accounting operations. Previously, Sharad held various leadership roles at Axalta from September 2012 to October 2024, ultimately acting as Sr. Director of Finance and Regional Controller for the Americas, managing financial reporting across multiple countries and leading transformation projects. Additional positions include Regional Finance Director for Emerging Markets and CFO of India, contributing significantly to revenue growth and margin improvements. Prior roles at DuPont included Strategic Initiatives Manager and Finance Controller in India, and earlier experience at Coca-Cola India and Electrolux rounded out a robust career in finance and accounting. Sharad holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
