Kristopher VanKleek has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in supply chain management and operations. Kristopher started their career as an intern at US Steel and then joined GE Consumer & Industrial, where they held positions as a Lean Engineer/Quality Engineer and later as the Manager of Shop Operations. Kristopher then worked at ITT Corporation as a Focus Factory Manager, leading plant-wide initiatives and managing a team. After that, they joined Xylem Inc. as the Production and Inventory Control Manager, overseeing multiple functions and responsible for a significant sales volume. Kristopher then moved to GE Oil & Gas, where they served as the F&PT Inventory Process Leader and later as the F&PT Global Materials Manager, overseeing materials management for multiple manufacturing plants. Subsequently, they worked at AkzoNobel as the Global Supply Chain Director. Currently, they are employed at Nouryon, where they have served as the Vice President: Director of Global Supply Chain and Procurement, and currently holds the role of VP Business Planning.

Kristopher VanKleek obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest in the years 1999 to 2003. Later, between 2013 and 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Penn State University.
