Elyse Shulman is a Registered Dietitian with experience as a Clinical Dietitian at Upper East Side Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and as a Research Fellow at CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute. Additionally, Elyse has provided tutoring for the CDR Exam at RefreshExamS and completed an internship at CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute. Elyse earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition from CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy in 2022, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware in 2019.
